Andras Babocsy

Dear Parents,

Athletic Club Miami presents the opportunity to practice in the precence of one of the most successful goalkeeper scout and coach of Hungary, Andras Babocsy. 

Andras have occasionally been visiting AC Miami before, starting at our first European Soccer Tour in 2017, later he visited us in Miami a year later in 2018. At my last trip in Budapest, we had some very valuable meetings with Coach Andras, we talked about the soccer in United States, our club philosophy, and many more... From the first time he showed a great interest in AC Miami, and at the last meeting he gladly accepted the invitation to join our summer camp.

After his 20 years long professional carrier, Andras started coaching at  Ferencvárosi TC, later he joined and had multiple seasons with the other top clubs of the nation, Ujpest FC and Vasas SC. He developed a special teaching methodology in goalkeepers' training that made him being recognized internationally. There are dozens of young goalkeepers who worked under his supervision and got signed by top soccer clubs of the world, such as Liverpool FC (Premier League, England); U.C. Sampdoria (Serie A, Italy); Ferencvarosi TC (Div. I Hungary); Vasas SC (Div. I Hungary).
