Juggling
If you want to become better it is a requirement to achieve 500 juggling record using both legs.
Achieve 100 juggle with knees only.
Reach 100 juggling using only the weaker foot.
Watch and analyze your game on VEO.
Do and repeat the below Coerver exercises until you master it to the level when you can do it with ease in a high speed.
Do each exercises two times for one minute with 30 seconds rest in between. 2x1min (30sec rest)
